GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) is a naturally occurring copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine (GHK). It was first isolated from human plasma in 1973 by biochemist Loren Pickart, and is also found naturally in saliva and urine.
