4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has reached the shipping phase.
- This email will contain your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours of generation.
5. Damages and Handling
Due to the fragile nature of research peptides, please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
- If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
