At Bpebtide.com, we maintain rigorous quality control standards for all our laboratory research materials. Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the requirement for strict temperature controlled storage (2-8°C), we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds:
1. Return Window
We offer a 7 day return window from the date of delivery.
- If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, untampered and in its original packaging to ensure no cross contamination or degradation has occurred.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Any product that has been reconstituted (mixed with bacteriostatic or sterile water).
- Products that show signs of being stored outside the recommended temperature range.
- Items will not be returned after the 7 day eligibility period.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return for research purposes:
- Contact our support team at admin@bpebtide.com with your order number.
- Provide a brief explanation for the return.
- Once authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the package back to our facility.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our laboratory team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days of us receiving the item.
